Cancellation Policy
A credit card must be on file to book an appointment however you may pay at the end of your appointment with cash, card or check. (Cash is preferred)
We understand that unforseen events happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you give 24 hour notice, in the event that 24 hours notice is not given the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
If you are running late for your appointment please let us know. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being considered a no show and you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. Send a message through Facebook, instagram or text (920) 393-3010. If you arrive less than 10 minutes late with notice we will be able to perform the service with the time that has been scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late with notice we may or may not be able to do the service or this may result in your appointment being rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
No show will result in the credit card on file being charged 100% of the service scheduled. In order to book an appointment after a no show you will have to pay 50% of the service prior to the appointment.
